About DigiEnergia Digital

How DigiEnergia Digital approaches marketplace commission tracking reviews and financial audit applications for sellers in Malaysia.

Why we exist

Marketplace sellers in Kuala Lumpur and across Malaysia often close the month staring at settlement files that refuse to line up with the fee schedule taped above someone’s monitor. DigiEnergia Digital was formed to sit with those files, ask concrete questions, and produce a pack finance can use—without turning the work into a product pitch.

How we work

We treat commission tracking as a paper trail problem first: which rate should have applied, which order line carried it, and which deduction arrived later. Clarification calls stay short. Findings stay tied to the extracts you supplied. When a limitation appears—missing historical statements, incomplete SKU maps—we write it down instead of papering over it.

People

Nadia Hassan leads most Marketplace Commission Audits. She spent years inside brand finance teams reconciling Shopee and Lazada settlement packs before moving into independent review work.

Wei Jun Tan focuses on settlement file structure and match-key design—the unglamorous part that decides whether a variance list is usable at month-end.

Values we hold to

  • Prefer a smaller, accurate sample over a dramatic claim built on guesswork
  • Speak in fee points, order IDs, and deduction types—not slogans
  • Keep client files offline after the engagement window unless you renew retention in writing

Location

We are based at Level 11, 22 Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur 50470. Most engagements run remotely; KL clients may book an on-site findings walkthrough when the pack warrants a shared screen and printed annexes.
