Fees & estimate guide

Pricing guidance for DigiEnergia Digital marketplace commission audits, settlement reconciliation, and fee schedule assessments.

Rates below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit. Final quotes follow a short intake because GMV band, number of storefronts, and settlement format change the hours required.

Starting fees

Marketplace Commission Audit

Single storefront, ~30-day window, standard CSV settlements

from MYR 4,800
Settlement File Reconciliation

One settlement cycle with order export match

from MYR 2,200
Fee Schedule Assessment

Schedule vs invoice memo plus findings call

from MYR 1,800

What moves the estimate

  • Additional marketplaces or storefronts under the same holding company
  • Longer lookback (90 days or more) when category moves were frequent
  • Non-standard exports that need manual column mapping before matching can start
  • Rush windows inside five business days (accepted only when capacity allows)

How billing works

A deposit of 40% reserves the start date. The balance is due on delivery of the findings pack. Informational pricing only—we do not process payments on this website. Invoices are issued by email after scope confirmation.

Deposits and changes

If you pause an engagement after mapping has begun, the deposit covers work completed to date; unused hours may be credited toward a rescheduled window within 60 days. Full terms sit on our refund page.

Ask for a figure

Describe your marketplace, period, and file types on the contact form. We reply within two business days with a written fee range—not a binding contract until both sides confirm scope.
