Data we collect

• Message content about your marketplace, date range, and file formats
• Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site
• Engagement files you transfer (ideally with buyer personal data removed)

Purposes

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver commissioned reviews, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases

Depending on context: your consent (forms and optional analytics cookies), performance of a contract (engagements), and legitimate interests in operating a professional practice securely.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement working files are retained for 12 months after delivery unless a longer period is required for dispute handling or agreed in writing. Accounting records follow Malaysian statutory periods.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia), you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing where applicable. Email hello@digienergia.digital with sufficient detail to locate your records. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant Malaysian authority.

International transfers

Our primary storage is in Malaysia or regional cloud regions serving Malaysia. If a transfer outside Malaysia is required (for example a specialised processing vendor), we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Children

Our services are aimed at business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
