How the work runs

  1. Intake — marketplace list, date range, fee schedule screenshots or PDFs, settlement extracts, and order exports.
  2. Mapping — we build the expected commission logic for the categories you sold in that period.
  3. Sampling — we reconcile a statistically useful slice (and expand if patterns appear).
  4. Findings call — we walk finance through the pack and answer follow-up questions within the engagement window.

Preparation

Export settlements in the native marketplace format when possible. Note any mid-period category moves, flash-sale programmes, or warehouse transfers that changed which SKU sat under which fee. Incomplete order IDs slow sampling; we will flag gaps early rather than invent matches.

Constraints

We work from the files you provide. If a marketplace portal no longer surfaces historical statements for the dates you need, the sample shrinks accordingly and we state that limitation in the pack.

Pricing basis
