Acceptance

By using digienergia.digital or engaging DigiEnergia Digital for marketplace commission tracking reviews, settlement reconciliation, or fee schedule assessments, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional review services. Pricing is informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties confirm scope and fees in writing (email accepted).

Intellectual property

Site content, findings pack templates, and our working methods remain our property. You receive a licence to use the delivered pack for your internal finance and channel discussions. You may not resell our templates or republish findings as a third-party product.

Client materials

You warrant that files you supply are yours to share and that personal data has been minimised. We use client materials solely to perform the agreed review.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, DigiEnergia Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or marketplace account actions taken by third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

No marketplace authority

We are an independent reviewer. We do not speak for any marketplace operator and cannot compel a platform to adjust fees or reverse deductions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
